Among my family and friends, I’m known as the one who can keep everyone calm in a crisis and unpack a complicated situation into easily-understood and solvable tasks. In work situations, I’ve often been the go-to person for teaching and training because I have a knack for explaining things clearly. I am a natural diplomat who enjoys discovering the common ground between different groups to resolve conflict. In short, I am passionate about using effective communication to help people (and animals) and to solve problems.
